The chore wheel comes stocked with sixteen everyday tasks, dishes through bed-making, and each spin deals one job to whoever spun it.

Set up a fair chore spin

  1. Fit the list to your home

    Delete chores that do not exist at your place and split any job that takes far longer than the rest.

  2. Agree on the trade rule

    Decide whether results can be swapped or re-spun before anyone spins, not after a bad draw.

  3. Do the task that lands

    Start it right away; a spin nobody honors teaches the house to ignore the wheel.

Tip: Keep a separate adult-reviewed list for younger children instead of mixing every household job into one wheel.

Make the wheel match your actual home

The sixteen starter tasks are short indoor jobs most homes share, so you can spin before editing anything. Then delete what your place lacks and split anything oversized: clean the kitchen hides an hour of work in one slice, while wipe the counters is honest about its size.

For group sessions, turn on auto remove winner so a finished chore cannot land twice; removal stops when two tasks are left. Once the list fits your home, save it in My Wheels and download a .wheel backup.
