Workout Wheel

The workout wheel holds fourteen bodyweight moves, jumping jacks through a rest minute, and each spin names the next exercise.

How to run a wheel workout

  1. Set the dose

Agree on reps or seconds for each move before anyone spins; the wheel picks what you do, you decide how much.

  2. Spin and do the move

Perform the result at your own pace, resting between spins whenever your body asks for it.

  3. Repeat until done

Stop at a round count you chose up front, or switch on auto remove winner and let the shrinking wheel end the session.

Results are activity suggestions, not fitness or medical advice. Adjust every move to your own fitness and space, and stop if something hurts.

The wheel sets the order, you set the effort

Every move on the starter list is bodyweight only, so a cleared patch of floor is the whole setup. The wheel decides which exercise comes next; how many reps or seconds it lasts is a rule you set before the first spin. Swap out anything that does not suit your body or your space, and treat the rest minute slice as a real break, not a slot to skip.

With auto remove winner on, every completed exercise drops out of the rotation until two moves are left, which makes a natural finisher. Save a routine to My Wheels, keep a downloaded .wheel file as the offline copy, and let the local Results history keep count of what you have done.

Where a workout wheel fits

Trim or grow the move list to match the people exercising and the room they are in.

  • Home Small-space circuits: Run a set number of rounds in a living room; when the wheel grants the rest minute, actually take it.
  • School PE warm-ups: Teachers project one spin at a time, the class performs the move together, and only exercises already taught stay on the list.
  • Practice Team session openers: Two or three spins before practice build a short shared warm-up, with a player chosen to spin each round.

Common questions

Does every exercise have an equal shot?

Each enabled move starts with the same chance. A move entered twice holds two slices, and Advanced weights also change the totals.

Where does a saved routine live?

In My Wheels, inside this browser. A downloaded .wheel file restores it anywhere, and if this environment has hosted sharing switched on, Share can produce a private link for a training partner.
