Prize Wheel
This prize wheel carries ten ready rewards, sticker pack through grand prize, and each spin decides which one the winner takes home.
How to run a prize spin
- Load the real inventory
Replace the preset labels with prizes actually on hand, one per line and short enough to read across a booth.
- Set the odds in the open
Give cheaper prizes extra lines or use Advanced weights; until then, all slices carry identical odds.
- Spin and pay out
One spin per player, and the slice under the pointer is theirs. Auto remove winner keeps one-of-a-kind stock from being won twice.
Post the prize list where players can see it, and never leave a slice up for an item that already left the table.
When the winner is known and the prize is not
Most pickers choose who wins; this wheel answers the next question, what do they get. Load it with the actual inventory on your table or in your stream reward list. Keep labels to two or three words so they read from across a booth, and never list anything you cannot hand over on the spot.
A fresh list gives every prize one slice and one equal chance; duplicates and Advanced weights are how the totals move. Paste the cheap prizes onto extra lines for weighting the whole room can count, or set Advanced weights when the wheel face should stay clean.
When stock is limited, switch auto remove winner on. A claimed prize drops out immediately, so the only plush on the table cannot be promised to two players. Removal pauses at the final two entries, and the operator awards the closing prize. Results keeps a local list of wins on this device, which turns restocking into a glance instead of a recount.
A wheel dialed in for one event fits the next one too. Keep it in My Wheels for this browser, and download a .wheel backup that restores the identical setup on the venue laptop. Share, when it is enabled for this environment, passes a private hosted link to a co-host.
Where a prize spinner earns its keep
Anywhere the winner is already decided and the reward is not.
- Booths Carnival and vendor booths: The ring toss finds the winner; the spin decides what they carry off.
- Streams Viewer reward spins: Whoever takes the round spins on camera, so the payout stays in view.
- Classrooms Incentive spins: A met reading goal earns one spin at the class reward wheel.
- Parties Party favor picks: Guests spin once each instead of digging through the favor bin.

Common questions
How do I keep the grand prize rare?
Keep it on one line and give every cheaper prize several. The slice count is weighting done in plain sight, so nobody wonders why sticker packs land more often than the grand prize.
What happens when a prize runs out?
For one-of-a-kind items, auto remove winner retires each one the moment it is claimed. For prizes stocked in multiples, leave the slice up and delete the line yourself once the bin runs dry.
Do players need an account?
No. The page is free with no sign-up, so a booth tablet or the stream PC opens it and spins right away.
