Raffle Wheel
This raffle wheel starts with twelve sample tickets, and after you swap in the numbers you actually sold each spin calls one winning stub.
How to call a raffle winner
- Enter the sold tickets
List every number that actually sold, one per line with its zero padding, and leave unsold tickets out.
- Match the settings to the prizes
Nothing extra is needed for one prize. For several, switch auto remove winner on so a called ticket exits before the next draw.
- Spin, announce, and log
Call the number shown in the winner box, check it against the stub, and leave Results history holding the draw order until every prize is claimed.
A spin the whole room watches makes a good reveal, but nothing here audits the draw or produces an official record. Write down each winning number as it is called and keep the matching stubs. Raffles are regulated in many places, and confirming the rules for yours stays the organizer's job.
Built for tickets, not name lists
The scattered preset numbers stand in for a partly sold ticket book. Replace them with the stubs you actually sold, one ticket per line, keeping the zero padding so the call matches what is printed. Leave unsold numbers out; a ticket nobody bought must never come up. For a large book, generate the run in a spreadsheet, delete unsold rows, and paste the rest.
Each ticket on the wheel starts with the same chance as every other. Enter 41 twice and that stub quietly holds two slices, and Advanced weights move the totals as well, so read the list once more before money changes hands.
Most raffle nights hand out more than one prize. Turn auto remove winner on and every called ticket drops off before the next spin, so one stub cannot win twice. Removal quits while two tickets are still up, leaving the last prize for you to award by hand. Calling small prizes first and the grand prize last keeps the room in it until the end.
Read each result from the winner box, not the rim; a full book shrinks the slice labels past the point of calling them aloud. Local Results history lists this device's draws in order, so matching the third ticket out to the third prize on the table takes a glance.
A club or fundraiser that draws every month should not rebuild its wheel every month. Save the setup to My Wheels and it waits in this browser for the next meeting. Download a .wheel file as well; it restores everything on another machine or after a cleared browser.
Raffle formats this covers
Anywhere the entry is a numbered stub rather than a name.
- Fundraisers 50/50 draws: Load the range sold that night, spin once, and split the pot with whoever holds the called number.
- Events Door prizes: Number the seats or programs, then let winner removal spread prizes across different guests.
- Clubs Recurring club draws: Set the ticket wheel up once, keep it in My Wheels, and rerun it at every meeting.

Common questions
Can one batch of tickets cover several prizes?
Yes. With auto remove winner on, a called ticket leaves the wheel and the next spin draws from what remains. Removal ends at two tickets, and the final prize is yours to hand out directly.
How many tickets fit on the wheel?
Up to 2,000. A book that size turns each printed slice into a sliver, which is exactly why results are read from the winner box instead of the rim.
We draw every month. Do the tickets need retyping?
No. My Wheels keeps the setup in this browser, and a downloaded .wheel file brings it back on any machine. If sharing is switched on for this environment, Share can also pass the wheel to a co-organizer through a private hosted link.
